Sea salt & rosemary sourdough focaccia

A true classic, these focaccias can be enjoyed as they come, with a soft heart and a lovely crunch of sea salt flakes and perfumed with rosemary leaves. Alternatively, they make fantastic sandwiches when sliced horizontally.

1. Each focaccia portion is approximately 22cm x 20cm x 4cm thick

Ingredients: organic wheat flour (gluten), filtered water, olive oil, rosemary and sea salt.
